Before the first use, wash the utensil with warm water, dishwashing liquid and a soft sponge.
The low moderate temperature is enough to achieve a better cooking result.
For longer life, prefer to let the utensil cool and then wash it with warm water.
Prefer kitchen utensils made of wood, plastic (nylon), and silicone for a long life of the non-stick coating.
Never cut food in the pan with sharp tools.
